Hey Sam, you mentioned Lois L.Amour when we spoke, and my mind was blank. Of course, I’ve heard of him before. He is famous for all his Western books, not to mention all the movies made from those books. See you soon.

His work is epic, really. Many of his books are written in a way that almost makes me feel that he was influences by John Ford.
Not everyone likes him. And even I have moments were some of this work makes me think he is just rehashing some of his older stuff.
I hope you liked the podcast. I am starting the first book tomorrow, as well as reading Dave Brown’s book.
